The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure state that leave to amend "shall be freely given when justice so requires." Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(2). I find that amendment is appropriate here. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion is granted. Plaintiff is advised that pursuant to Local Rule 15.1, the amended pleading must be separately filed.
