Filing 12 PAPERLESS ORDER denying #11 Motion to Produce; denying #11 Motion reverse grant of pauper status without prejudice to Movant paying the full $350.00 Clerk's filing fee on or before AUGUST 5, 2020. Under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, Plaintiff is not allowed to proceed in forma pauperis without establishing a debt to the Clerk representing the $350.00 filing fee. If Plaintiff does not want the court to grant him pauper status, and seeks removal of the $350.00 filing fee liened against his inmate account, he shall send the ENTIRE $350.00 filing fee, payable to the Clerk of Court, on or before AUGUST 25, 2020. Under the PLRA, the filing fee for civil actions is due upon filing of the complaint. Plaintiff is cautioned, however, that should he pay the full filing fee, he will also be responsible for perfecting service of process if this case proceedings following the court's initial screening. To the extent he seeks copies of his filings, without paying the Clerk's copy charges, the Motion is denied for the reasons previously stated by this court in its prior orders. If, however, this court does not receive the full filing fee on or before the AUGUST 25, 2020 deadline, it will be presumed Plaintiff wishes this action to proceed and the court's order granting pauper status and imposing the inmate lien shall stand.
