Plaintiff IS Prime Risk Services, Inc. seeks a three-week extension of time to respond to Defendant Nauman Anees' Motion to Dismiss (DE #3 ) from December 29, 2020 to January 19, 2021. In support, Plaintiff's counsel represents that he "had planned to take vacation time from December 23, 2020 through January 3, 2021" and that having to prepare a Response to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, which is "approximately 18 pages in length and cites more than 20 cases," will interfere with his holiday.
