March 1, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT WTHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to proceed in forma pauperis (DE 3) is DENIED without prejudice. On or before April 1, 2021, Plaintiff shall either pay the $402 filing fee, or he may renew his motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to timely pay the filing fee or renew the motion to proceed in forma pauperis will result in dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's Complaint (DE 1) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim. If Plaintiff wishes to file an amended complaint in an effort to cure the pleading deficiencies set forth in this Order, he must do so on or before April 1, 2021.
