Defendant seeks a 20-day extension of the March 29, 2021 deadline to respond to the Complaint. In support, Defendant's counsel states that he has been working from home due to the ongoing pandemic and thus was not aware that Defendant had mailed him the Summons and Complaint in this action until he processed incoming mail at his office on March 30, 2021. Immediately upon realizing the response deadline had just passed, Defendant's counsel reached out to Plaintiff's counsel who agreed to a 20-day extension. In light of the foregoing, I will grant the requested relief. Defendant shall respond to the Complaint by April 19, 2021. This Order does not alter any other litigation deadline.
