June 15, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 8 PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR FILING DISMISSAL DOCUMENTS. Plaintiff has filed a Notice of Settlement (DE #7 ), and the Court congratulates the Parties on their amicable resolution of this matter. The Parties are therefore directed to file appropriate closing documents within 10 days, which is on or before June 24, 2021, consistent with the instructions set forth in the ADA Title III Scheduling Order (DE 4 para. 8). The Parties may move for the Court to retain jurisdiction upon closing the case if necessary to enforce the terms of their settlement agreement. The Parties are further advised that their Notice of Settlement does not operate to stay this litigation, and accordingly, until closing documents are filed, the Court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines. However, because Plaintiff's deadline to provide Defendant with a written report concerning any claimed ADA violations falls within this 10-day period, I will extend that one deadline to June 24, 2021.
