PAPERLESS ORDER granting #3 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. The deadline for Defendant ARS National Services, Inc. to respond to the Complaint is November 5, 2021. (DE #1 ). Defendant seeks a two-week extension until November 19, 2021, citing that counsel would like time "to discuss whether the parties can reach an amicable resolution of this matter without further litigation." (DE #3 at para. 5). I find good cause to grant this extension based on counsel's representation that this additional time will facilitate the Parties' ability to negotiate an early resolution of this matter. Accordingly, Defendant respond to the Complaint no later than November 19, 2021. Further extensions will not be granted absent a compelling showing of good cause supported by specific facts. Moreover, Defendant is advised that if the Parties' ongoing negotiations do not result in a settlement, that fact alone shall not constitute good cause for any additional extensions of this deadline.
