The Court will defer ruling on Plaintiff's #15 Motion to Remand in light of the Eleventh Circuit's forthcoming decision that will resolve the issue of standing in this case. See Davis v. Nov. 7, 2019) (exercising its "inherent authority" to stay the case despite defendant's standing arguments in anticipation of an Eleventh Circuit decision that would resolve the issue of standing).
