In support, Defendant represents that counsel was retained on January 10, 2022 and prior commitments prevent counsel from responding by the due date. Motions for extension of time must set forth good cause supported by specific facts. The motion does not explain why Defendant retained counsel just two days before its response deadline, and thus does not provide sufficient information from which the court can assess whether good cause exists. Nevertheless, given the date on which counsel was retained, and in light of Plaintiff's consent to the relief requested, I will grant the motion in part.
