PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR FILING CLOSING DOCUMENTS. The Parties have filed a Notice of Settlement (DE #8 ), and the Court congratulates them on their amicable resolution of this matter. The Parties' request for 10 days to file closing documents is granted. Therefore, the Parties are directed to file a joint stipulation of dismissal on or before March 17, 2022. Until closing documents are filed, the Court expects compliance with all litigation deadlines. In view of the pending settlement however, I will extend until March 17, 2022 Defendant's deadline to serve Plaintiff with its written response to Plaintiff's report concerning claimed ADA violations.
