The Clerk of Court is directed to provide the Petitioner with a copy of the form for Petition under 28 U.S.C. 2254 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus alongside this Order. The IFP motion, (ECF No. #3 ), is granted. The Petitioner owes the United States a debt of $5 which must be paid to the Clerk of the Court as funds become available. The prison having custody of the Petitioner must make payments from the prisoner's account to the Clerk of this Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 until the full filing fee of $5 is paid.
