("CMC") seeks an extension of time to respond to the Complaint until June 17, 2022. I previously granted Defendant the Colony and Boynton Beach Homeowners Association, Inc. ("the Association") an extension to respond to the Complaint until June 17, 2022, in part because it was unclear at that time whether counsel's representation of the Association would extend to the other defendants. That has since been determined, and counsel for the Association entered an appearance on behalf of Defendant CMC. I find good cause to grant the motion.
