PAPERLESS ORDER EXPEDITING BRIEFING re #11 Plaintiff's Motion for Expedited Discovery in Aid of Preliminary Injunction Proceedings. Pursuant to Plaintiff's Supplemental Conferral Certificate (DE #16 ), Defendants oppose Plaintiff's Motion for Expedited Discovery "because they intend to present a proposal to Fidelity that would terminate the need for further proceedings before this Court."
