The Court's Order at docket entry #13 , which set aside the Clerk of the Court's entry of default, remains in effect because of the Defendant's pro se filing at docket entry #11 . Nonetheless, the Court informs the Defendant that an individual may not represent a limited liability company defendant pro se. Instead, a limited liability company must be represented by counsel. See Palazzo v. Gulf Oil Corp., 764 F.2d 1381, 1385 (11th Cir. 1985). The Defendant shall retain counsel and have that counsel file a notice of appearance by no later than May 4, 2023. Nothing in this Order shall prevent the Defendant from filing a motion for extension of time to retain counsel.
