Here, the Plaintiff alleges that the individual Defendants planted an illegal narcotic on the Plaintiff in order to arrest him for the possession of that narcotic. DE 1-2 at 4. Viewing all reasonable inferences in the Plaintiff's favor from this allegation, the Plaintiff has sufficiently alleged a conspiracy to harm him and to violate his civil rights and, furthermore, the Plaintiff has alleged something of sufficient gravity that, should it be proven true, the Court is persuaded that the Defendants would not be entitled to qualified immunity.
