Plaintiff has notified the Court that the Parties have settled this matter (DE #12 ), and the Court congratulates them on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. Consistent with the instructions set forth in the ADA Scheduling Order (DE #5 at p. 3), the Parties shall file appropriate closing documents within 10 days, or no later than November 6, 2023. The Parties are further advised that their settlement does not stay ongoing litigation, and until appropriate closing documents are filed, the court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines.
