PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE TO FILE CLOSING DOCUMENTS. Plaintiff notified the Court that the Parties have settled this matter (DE #7 ), and the Court congratulates them on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. The Parties shall file the appropriate closing documents no later than February 9, 2024. The Parties are advised that the Notice of Settlement does not stay ongoing litigation, and until closing documents are filed, the Court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines. However, I note that the deadline to file a response to the Motion to Dismiss was January 26, 2024. (DE 6 ).
