However, because the Plaintiff represents that his further research indicated an additional entity owns the premises in question and might be liable for the relief Plaintiff is seeking, I will grant the Motion and allow Plaintiff to file the attached Amended Complaint (DE [8-1]). Pursuant to Local Rule 15.1, the Amended Complaint must be separately filed in the court record. Plaintiff's deadline to do so is March 5, 2024. Amended Complaint due by 3/5/2024.
