PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part #7 Defendant's Motion for Extension of Time. Defendant requests an extension from March 5, 2024, to March 25, 2024, to file its response to Plaintiff's Complaint. In support, Defendant asserts that additional time is required to conduct an inspection of its stores in order to investigate Plaintiff's claims. Defendant also states that the Parties are engaging in early settlement discussions. Motions for extensions of time must set forth good cause supported by specific facts. In the interest of encouraging an early and amicable resolution of this case, I will grant Defendant's Motion in part. Defendant shall respond to the Complaint on or by March 15, 2024.
