PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part and denying in part #16 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed Under Pseudonym and For Partial Seal and Protective Order. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed Under Pseudonym without prejudice to Defendants. Plaintiff filed this case using a pseudonym, and the Court will allow Plaintiff's use of a pseudonym in the Complaint for the reasons stated in Plaintiff's Memorandum of Law (DE [16-1]). Defendants may seek reconsideration of this order if/when they appear. The Court DENIES without prejudice Plaintiff's Motion for a Protective Order. Plaintiff may renew this motion once Defendants appear in this lawsuit and after the parties meet and confer about the scope of a proposed protective order. The Court encourages the parties to submit a joint proposed protective order. However, if the parties cannot reach agreement, Plaintiff may renew the motion for a protective order. The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Seal. Plaintiff does not identify any filings in the docket that it wishes to place under seal. To the extent Plaintiff seeks a Court order governing future filings containing confidential information, Plaintiff may include proposed sealing procedures as part of a proposed protective order.
