The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed Under Pseudonym without prejudice to Defendants. The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Seal. Plaintiff does not identify any filings in the docket that it wishes to place under seal. To the extent Plaintiff seeks a Court order governing future filings containing confidential information, Plaintiff may include proposed sealing procedures as part of a proposed protective order.
