PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part #5 Motion for Extension of Time. The Parties jointly seek to extend deadlines relating to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (DE #4 ). In particular, the Parties request to extend the Response and Reply deadlines by 14 days each, citing the fact that they are working towards a settlement of this matter.
