| Counsel respectfully requests that ECF filing be reactivated for purposes of filing the prepared Response to the Court's August 11, 2025 Order to Show Cause (Dkt. 40), along with supporting exhibits. Counsel did not receive service or an ECF email notification regarding Dkt. 40 and all other filings, and only became aware of the Order through other means. Despite calling the Clerk's Office twice to request reactivation, ECF access remains restricted pursuant to the Court's prior Order on Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Dkt. 37), thereby preventing electronic submission and attachment of exhibits. Plaintiff's response and exhibits have been timely prepared, but technical limitations have hindered filing.
