PAPERLESS ORDER granting #4 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. Defendant seeks a two-week extension of time to respond to the Complaint. This is Defendant's second extension request, the first one having occurred prior to removal, while this case was still pending in state court. In support, Defendant cites the press of other business, the need to investigate the possibility of a venue challenge, and that the Parties are exploring the potential for an early resolution of this matter. Motions for extension of time must set forth good cause supported by specific facts. I find that this Motion sets forth sufficient grounds to warrant the relatively brief extension requested.
