Defendant Millenium Capital and Recovery Corporation ("MCRC") seeks a twenty-day extension of time to respond to the complaint from April 29, 2026, to May 19, 2026. In support, Defendant represents that it has been engaged in obtaining contractual defense and indemnity through Co-Defendant Heat Recovery & Towing, LLC ("HRT"), however, HRT has not undertaken the defense, and its counsel did not make an appearance on behalf of MCRC in its most recent filing. Defendant seeks the extension to either secure a defense through HRT or otherwise through its own counsel. Motions for extension of time must set forth good cause supported by specific facts.
