PAPERLESS ORDER: The Court DENIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE #3 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff reports that he is employed and earns approximately $2,226.16 per month. Plaintiff also reports $613.93 in cash or bank accounts, no dependents, and only $948.03 in monthly expenses. Accordingly, Plaintiff has not demonstrated an inability to pay the filing fee. By August 28, 2026, Plaintiff shall pay the $405 filing fee. Plaintiff also failed to comply with the Court's June 30, 2026 Order requiring him, by July 13, 2026, either to file a completed "Consent by Pro Se Litigant (Non-Prisoner) to Receive NEFs" form or to file a written motion explaining why compliance was not possible #5 . The Court sua sponte extends the deadline to comply with the June 30, 2026 Order to August 28, 2026. Failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute or failure to comply with Court orders. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
