Memorandum and Opinion re 8 Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue, or in the alternative, to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 USC 1404(a). The court denies CDMs motion in its entirety. The court finds that venue on Guam is proper, and thus the motion to dismiss is denied. Additionally, the court finds that the Northern District of California would be an improper venue, and further finds that the balance of the various relevant factors do not weigh heavily in favor of a transfer. Accordingly, the alternative motion to transfer is also denied. Signed by Magistrate Judge Joaquin V.E. Manibusan, Jr on 11/20/2014. (wmt, )
