Defendants having failed to answer or otherwise defend the First Amended Complaint, have been adjudged to be in default, and Plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law against all Defendants, jointly and severally. Defendants shall further pay Plaintiffs attorneys fees in the amount of Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Nine Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($12,839.72) and costs of suit i n the amount of Seven Hundred Seventy Two Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents ($772.76).
