The Motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE in all ot her respects. Based on its finding of improper joinder of Plaintiff Thomas's claims, the Court severs those claims from this action and directs the Clerk of Court to assign Plaintiff Thomas's claims a separate case number. The Clerk is furt her directed to file a copy of the Complaint and a copy of this order in each new action.
