ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT WITH LEAVE GRANTED TO AMEND. Signed by JUDGE HELEN GILLMOR on 7/2/2013. 1 ~ 1. The Complaint is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2) and 1915A(a). 2. Pla intiff may file an amended complaint on or before July 31, 2013. If Plaintiff fails to do so, this action will be DISMISSED without further notice and the Clerk of Court SHALL enter judgment stating that the dismissal was pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &# 167; 1915. 3.
