As a result of Barranco's breach, 3D Systems is entitled to invoke the equit y jurisdiction of this Court and to demand an equitable accounting.3. Having performed an equitable accounting, this Court finds Barranco received no earnings, profits, or other benefits arising from his breach of the Non-Compete Provision.4. F ashioning complete relief in this case requires that Barranco disgorge, and 3D Systems recover:$229,117.94 - Salary$233,333.33 - Up Front Payment $ 0.00 - Royalty Payments$ 60,409.00 - Buyout P ayment$522,860.24 - Total5. 3D Systems is entitled to recover prejudgment interest beginning on August 3, 2011. 6. 3D Systems is entitled to recover post-judgment interest as permitted by statute.Purs uant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54, judgment shall enter in favor of 3D Systems on its breach of contract counterclaim in the amount of $522,860.24."
