See Doc. No. #182 . Plaintiff asserts that these exhibits should be sealed pursuant to Local Rule 83.12 and Kamakana v. City & County of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172 (9th Cir. 2006), because Defendant designated them as confidential. The court DENIES Plaintiff's ex parte Motion to Seal, without prejudice for Defendant to file an appropriate Motion to Seal. A proper Motion to Seal must explain precisely why there is a compelling reason to seal such documents -- merely asserting that documents contain confidential information (or that another party designated them as such) does not satisfy that burden.
