In so ruling, the court denies Motta's motion of May 19, 2014, seeking leave to extend the § 2255 deadline. ECF No. 1563. Any other pending matter is similarly terminated. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment against Motta and to close this § 2255 action."
