ORDER (1) GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANT COUNTY OF KAUAI'S MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS OR ALTERNATIVELY SUMMARY JUDGMENT TO WHICH DEFENDANTS PERRY, SARSONA, KIM, AND WAKUMOTO HAVE FILED A JOINDER AND (2) GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANT WILCOX MEMORIAL HOSPITAL'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT re 66 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; re 70 Motion for Joinder; re 71 Motion for Summary Judgment Be cause Plaintiff's counsel was only appointed for the limited purpose of opposing Defendants' Motions (ECF No. 108 ), the Court delays this Order's effective date by 20 days. The Court DIRECTS Plaintiff's counsel to file a letter within 10 days of the entry of this order indicating whether or not they wish to: (1) further represent Plaintiff for the remainder of the case; (2) further represent Plaintiff for some specified purpose; or (3) no longer wish to remain as counsel. I f Plaintiff's counsel only wishes to further represent Plaintiff for some specified purpose, the letter must state such purpose. The letter should also state that Plaintiff and his counsel agree to the further representation, and must be signed by Plaintiff and his counsel.
