ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION TO GRANT IN PART AND DENY IN PART MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT (ECF NO. 27 ) AS MODIFIED - Signed by JUDGE HELEN GILLMOR on 8/20/2018.
