ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY CASE SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED FOR LACK OF SUBJECT-MATTER JURISDICTION - Signed by CHIEF JUDGE J. MICHAEL SEABRIGHT on 10/9/2019. "Based on the foregoing, the court ORDERS Plaintiffs to show cause by November 5, 2019, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Tom's IFP Application will be held in abeyance pending the filing of a Response to this Order. Failure to file a Response to this Order by November 5, 2019 will result in automatic dismissal of this action without prejudice. Further, in order to proceed pro se, each plaintiff must submit an IFP Application, or together, they must pay a $400 filing fee.
