ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY ACTION SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE - Signed by CHIEF JUDGE J. MICHAEL SEABRIGHT on 3/6/2020. The court therefore orders Plaintiff to SHOW CAUSE, by April 17, 2020, why the action should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. In responding to this Order to Show Cause, Plaintiff must identify all partners of C&M and specify the citizenship of each partner. Plaintiff must also identify the state(s) where CE&K is incorporated and has its principal place of business. If Plaintiff fails to respond to the Order to Show Cause by April 17, 2020, the court will find that Plaintiff has not carried his burden of establishing this court's jurisdiction and will dismiss the action without prejudice. If the information described in this paragraph is not available to Plaintiff upon the exercise of due diligence, then Plaintiff shall so inform the court by April 17, 2020, and specify what steps Plaintiff took to obtain the information and which information is lacking. The court will then determine what appropriate action to take.
