ORDER DENYING IN FORMA PAUPERIS APPLICATION re #2 - Signed by JUDGE JILL A. OTAKE on 7/20/2020. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to submit a complete IFP Application that contains current information regarding his account balance and activity for the six months preceding the filing of this action and indigency status on or before August 12, 2020. Failure to timely do so will result in automatic dismissal of this suit without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); see also Olivares v. Marshall , 59 F.3d 109, 112 (9th Cir. 1995). The Court will take no action on Plaintiff's submissions until he has submitted either a timely IFP Application that shows that he is indigent or paid the $400 civil filing fee. (emt, )COURT'S CERTIFICATE of Service - Thomas Lauro shall be served by First Class Mail to the last known address of record listed on the Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) on July 21, 2020. A copy of the Court's Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis by a Prisoner form and instructions shall be included in the mailing to Mr. Lauro.
