| Filing 18 EO: On June 25, 2020, Plaintiff filed heavily-redacted Exhibits A and B to its Complaint, and a motion to seal the unredacted versions of those exhibits. ECF Nos. #1 - #2 . On June 26, 2020, Magistrate Judge Wes R. Porter denied the motion to seal without prejudice to filing a new motion in accordance with Local Rule 5.2. ECF No. #11 . On July 7, 2020, this case was reassigned to this court. ECF No. 15 . On July 8, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Notice indicating that it sought to seal the exhibits "out of an abundance of caution to give [Defendant] the opportunity to protect any business information [it]... wishes to protect." ECF No. #16 at PageID #117. Plaintiff further indicated that it takes no position on the issue of sealing, but represents that Defendant has expressed a desire to redact certain portions of these exhibits. Id. Based on the foregoing, by July 17, 2020, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to submit to the court's orders box unredacted copies of Exhibits A and B. If Defendant wishes to redact any portion of the record, it must file, by July 17, 2020, a motion to seal "specific portions of the documents at issue" that "identif[ies] the confidential information in each document at issue, specif[ies] the applicable standard for sealing the information, and demonstrate[s] how the applicable standard has been met." ECF No. #11 at PageID #108 (citing Local Rule 5.2(c)). If no motion to seal is filed by July 17, 2020, the court will file the unredacted Exhibits A and B publicly. (CHIEF JUDGE J.
