| Filing 15 EO: In light of the [ #13 ] Stipulation to Stay Proceedings and Order, the Court STAYs this matter through 9/7/21 to permit the parties to engage in private mediation.The Court ORDERS the Clerk's Office to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this case. The administrative closure is solely an administrative matter and does not impact, in any manner, any party's rights or obligations, does not alter in any manner any previous rulings by the court, and does not require a filing fee to reopen the case. The administrative closure shall be subject to the following:1. All dates and deadlines are VACATED, including the Telephonic Rule 16 Scheduling Conference set for 4/9/21 at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader;2. Any party may file a letter request to reopen the case;3. Closure shall not prevent the parties from submitting, for the Court's approval, a stipulation to dismiss any claim that is settled;4. If a stipulation to dismiss is submitted to the Court, the Court will direct the Clerks Office to reopen the case to effectuate the dismissal; and5. During the closure period, the Court may convene conferences, direct the parties to file periodic status reports, assist the parties with settlement discussions or take other action deemed appropriate by the Court.The Court schedules a Confidential Telephone Conference for 8/13/21 at 8:45 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader. Parties to submit a joint status report by no later than 8/2/21 indicating the status of mediation and specifically, whether the Court should maintain or lift the stay/closure.Parties and other participants must call-in at least five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
