March 5, 2021 Filing 11 EO: On 3/3/21, a Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice ("Motion") for attorney Amy R. Atwood was filed [ECF #10 ]. Ms. Atwood states that she was administratively removed from membership in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado after not paying the biennial fee. The Court directs Ms. Atwood to file a supplemental to the Motion explaining (1) what administratively removed from membership means; (2) whether she has resolved this issue; and (3) why her status in the District of Colorado should not preclude her from being eligible to appear in this case as pro hac vice. Further, pursuant to LR83.1(c)(2)(B)(vi), "[t]he application shall include... written consent of... associate counsel" who is "a current member in good standing of the bar of this court who maintains an office within the district." Ms. Atwood designates attorney Maxx Phillips as local counsel, but local counsel did not provide written consent by signing either the Motion (PageID#43) or Declaration (PageID#45). Counsel may file the Supplemental and amended Motion (which includes local counsel's signature) by no later than 3/19/21. If this deadline is not met, the Motion will be denied.
