| Filing 5 EO: On March 22, 2021, the court issued a Dismissal Order in this action [ECF No. 2]. In dismissing the action, the court stated that Plaintiff must pursue any claims based on events that allegedly occurred on March 9, 2021, in Grandinetti v. HMSF "Goon Squad II" ACO staff, Civ. No. 21-00140 JMS-WRP (D. Haw.) [ECF No. 2 at 2-3]. The court further stated that it would take no action on documents filed in this action beyond processing a notice of appeal [ECF No. 2 at 4]. Plaintiff has not filed a notice of appeal. Instead, on April 16, 2021, Plaintiff filed another "Federal Complaint" in this action [ECF No. 4]. Plaintiff again alleges that adult corrections officers violated his civil rights during an incident on March 9, 2021 [ECF No. 4 at 2-3]. Plaintiff is reminded that he must pursue his claims based on events that allegedly occurred on March 9, 2021, if at all, in Civ. No. 21 00140 JMS WRP. That case is pending. This case remains CLOSED.
