Filing 11 EO: On 12/1/21, the Court dismissed the Complaint and denied pro se Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP Application") for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. ECF No. 4. Judgment entered the same day. ECF No. 5. On 12/27/21, Plaintiff filed (1) another IFP Application; (2) a Motion to Remove Defendants; and (3) a state court form Notice of Appeal, wherein she appeals to the Circuit Court of the First Circuit pursuant to "HRS 600.5 HARRASEMENT [sic]." ECF Nos. 6, 8, 10. Given the lack of subject matter jurisdiction and the entry of judgment, the Court takes no action on Plaintiff's filings. Even if the Court construed any of Plaintiff's filings -- individually, or collectively -- as a request for reconsideration, it would not grant relief. Reconsideration is only appropriate "in the face of the existence of new evidence, an intervening change in the law, or as necessary to prevent manifest injustice." Navajo Nation v. Confederated Tribes & Bands of the Yakama Indian Nation, 331 F.3d 1041, 1046 (9th Cir. 2003) (citation omitted). None of the foregoing apply here. Indeed, Plaintiff's filings indicate that subject matter jurisdiction is still lacking. She continues to cite a non-existent "HRS" provision to support her cause of action for public and private humiliation against individuals who appear to be citizens of Hawai`i. If Plaintiff is attempting to appeal the dismissal of the Complaint, she must submit a proper filing. (JUDGE JILL A.
