EO: The Federal Defendants' #7 Application for Writ of Certiorari Ordering the Circuit Court Records from the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii is DENIED. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(b), the Court instead DIRECTS the Federal Defendants to file with the clerk of this court copies of all records and proceedings in the state court action, Jack Stone v. Brian Schatz, et al., Case No. 1CCV-21-0000103. The copies need not be certified or exemplified by the state court so long as they are accompanied by defense counsel's verification that they are the true and complete copies of all records and proceedings in the state court proceeding. Records already filed with the notice of removal need not be refiled.
