March 15, 2022 Filing 16 EO: On March 11, 2022, the Court received another filing from Plaintiff Michael Pectol, which, although largely incomprehensible, arguably, seeks "summary judgment" in this case. Dkt. No. 14 at 1. The Court, thus, construes said filing as a motion for summary judgment and DENIES the same because, on March 7, 2022, Pectol's application for leave to proceed in district court without prepaying fees or costs was denied and his Complaint was dismissed. Dkt. No. 12. Therefore, until Pectol complies with the instructions in the March 7, 2022 Order, the Court will not consider any affirmative relief he may seek, including any request for summary judgment. IT IS SO ORDERED. (JUDGE DERRICK K. March 8, 2022 Filing 13 EO: On 03/07/2022, Plaintiff filed a #10 "Request for Emergency Hearing/Security" ("03/07/2022 Filing"), which is largely incomprehensible.
