Filing 7 EO: On May 17, 2022, this court dismissed Plaintiff's Complaint, giving him leave to file an Amended Complaint no later than June 17, 2022. See ECF No. #4 . The court provided guidance as to what Plaintiff must file to proceed in this case. Id. On May 17 and 18, 2022, Plaintiff filed medical records and supplemental notes and updates. See ECF Nos. #5 and #6 . This court does not view either or the combination of these documents as an Amended Complaint and will take no action on them. As noted in the court's order, failure to file an Amended Complaint by June 17, 2022, as well as to pay the applicable filing fee or to submit a new IFP Application will result in the automatic dismissal of this action. The Clerk of Court shall leave a copy of this Minute Order for Plaintiff at the clerks office counter.
