EO: On September 15, 2022, Jochanan Aronowicz filed an #12 Application for Permission to Participate in Electronic Filing ("Application"). According to the Application, Jochanan Aronowicz is the Secretary of Defendant Thalabert Holdings Ltd. ("Defendant"). The Application does not, however, indicate that Jochanan Aronowicz is an attorney who can properly represent Defendant in this action. Rule 81.1 of the Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii provides in pertinent part: "Entities other than individuals, including but not limited to corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnerships or corporations, trusts, community associations, and unions, must be represented by an attorney." LR81.1(b). Unless Jochanan Aronowicz is an attorney who can properly represent Defendant, Jochanan Aronowicz may not file documents on Defendant's behalf. The Court thus DENIES the #12 Application.
