Filing 7 EO: On 9/12/2022, Plaintiff initiated this action by filing the [ECF #1 ] Verified Complaint. The Rule 16 Scheduling Conference is set for 11/7/2022. Absent a showing of good cause, failure to timely serve the complaint may result in sanctions, to include possible dismissal of this action.
