| Filing 20 EO: On 11/9/2022, attorney Chad Wishchuk filed a [ECF #15 ] Substitution of Attorney ("Substitution"), which states that Mr. Wishchuk substitutes as counsel of record in place of attorney Erik D. Eike for Plaintiff Architectural Aluminum Window Systems, Inc., dba Aluminum Window Systems ("Plaintiff"). Pursuant to LR83.5(b), "[n]o attorney will be permitted to be substituted as attorney of record in any pending action without leave of court." The Substitution requires the Court's approval and thus, the Court's signature. Counsel did not submit the Substitution for the Court's approval and instead, filed the document on the record. Counsel is reminded that "[a]ll parties... are obligated to follow [the] Local Rules" (LR1.3) and failure to do so may result in the imposition of appropriate sanctions (LR11.1). In the future, counsel is required to obtain leave of court where required by the rules, prior to making such filings on the matter. Although the Substitution does not state the reason for the request, this case is in its early stages. Accordingly, the Court finds good cause to GRANT the Substitution. The Court approves the withdrawal of Mr. Eike and substitution of Mr. Wishchuk as counsel of record for the Plaintiff, thus obviating the need for any further submissions on this matter.
