Filing 4 EO: On December 15, 2022, the Court received pro se Petitioner Yvonne Caitano's "Writ of 18 U.S.C. 2241" [ECF No. 1]. The Court received the filing fee on January 10, 2023 [ECF No. 3]. The government is ORDERED to file an Answer to the Petition on or before February 1, 2023, pursuant to Rule 5 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts.
